This morning, I received a note from the tumblr staff alerting me to the fact that the petition had worked and ryking had been removed from his position. Thank you all for signing the petition.

First, he laughed at us. Then, he fought us. Then, he whined about cyberbullying and compared us to genocidal maniacs. And then, we won.

Thank you, stevie, for setting the petition up in the first place. And thanks to everyone who signed for making me much happier with humanity than I was a few hours ago!
