Poppycock is very busy
trying to get at something VERY INTERESTING living in the bottom of the kindling box at the end of the wood shed (it is open sided, and has a tin roof). So far she has removed three small logs from the wood pile to bring over to the sidewalk for further chewing and exploration.

So we are making a variation of the traditional
peanut butter cookie with Hersey Kiss. It is B’s recipe a more delicate and less peanutty dough that you mound up over the kiss so it’s like a volcano.
I like to think of them as being:
Janet’s Peanutbutter Nip Slips
but you can call them peanut butter volcano’s in front of the children.

the Ice Queen cometh
Poppycock was whining big time to “do something” so we went outside for an hour. Not the 10 mile run she needs, but lots of stick fetch and tussle.
